Experience: 5+ years in the automobile industry

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure service quality as per NEXA/Maruti Suzuki standards.
Supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and vehicle delivery timelines.
Conduct quality checks and minimize repeat repairs and customer complaints.
Handle technical issues and support the team in resolving escalations.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems.
Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.




Prepare workshop performance and quality reports.

Requirements:
5+ years of relevant automobile/workshop experience is mandatory.
Experience in an authorized automobile dealership preferred.
NEXA/Maruti Suzuki experience will be an added advantage.
Solid technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and team-management abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,364.05 per month
