Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Explain products/services and assist customers with their queries.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Work on lead generation and customer engagement.
Handle calls professionally and maintain customer records.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and performance targets.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
