Are you passionate about Talent Acquisition, stakeholder management and solving challenging hiring mandates?

CMS Info Systems is looking for agile and confident TA professionals who can independently drive end-to-end hiring across lateral, mid-senior, leadership and niche positions.

What Youll Be Responsible For:
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding
Drive lateral, mid-senior, leadership & niche hiring
Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand talent requirements
Develop effective sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines
Manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously and ensure closures within defined TATs
Identify and engage relevant talent through multiple sourcing channels
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
For senior-level roles, independently manage complex hiring mandates and senior stakeholder relationships




Confidently handle challenging or demanding stakeholders and drive discussions towards closure
Demonstrate strong ownership, assertiveness and the ability to take a stand when required

Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Exposure to mid-senior and niche hiring

Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities

Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills

Confident, assertive and resilient personality with the ability to work with demanding stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously

Solid ownership and execution mindset

Ability to work independently and take accountability for closures

Master’s degree preferred
