We are hiring Outbound Telecalling Executives to join our calling team.
The candidate will make outbound calls to parents in Canada using our dialer calling system.
The main responsibility is to have a friendly conversation with parents, understand their requirements, explain the purpose of the call, and schedule appointments with our education team.
What We Are Looking For
Good spoken English.
Explicit pronunciation and communication skills.
Confidence while speaking on the phone.
Ability to have a conversation rather than simply read a script.
Positive listening skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle rejection professionally.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Previous telecalling, telesales, appointmentsetting or international calling experience is an advantage.
Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills and confidence. Important: This Is a Target-Based Calling Role
