Telecalling Executive – Customer Support

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive for a customer support role in the electronics / home appliances field.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls
Assist customers with product, service, installation, and complaint-related queries
Follow up on pending service requests and customer issues
Coordinate with service centres and internal teams
Update call details, complaints, and follow-up status in the system
Ensure timely resolution and proper customer communication
Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers

Requirements
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Positive Hindi / English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive follow-up and coordination skills
Experience in electronics, home appliances, service support, or call centre operations will be an advantage

Role Type: Customer Support / Non-Sales Industry: Electronics / Home Appliances

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
