We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Solar Tendering and Documentation Specialist. This role involves managing the tendering process for solar projects and ensuring accurate documentation throughout various project phases.

Responsibilities:
Review tender documents and analyze the various project requirements.
Prepare and submit tender proposals in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
Maintain documentation for ongoing solar projects, including contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations,



and best practices related to solar energy tendering and documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's in any field preferred.
1 - 2 years of experience in solar field/freshers who are willing to learn are also preffered.
Proficiency in using accounting software, preferably Tally.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and adapt to current challenges.
Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
