Job Vacancy – Telecaller (Target Based)

Position: Telecaller

Job Type: Full time / Part time

Work Mode: Work From Office / Remote (as applicable)

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
Handle customer queries professionally and politely.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in Bengali/Hindi/English.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
Confident and polite communication style.
Ability to work according to assigned targets.
Fresher candidates are welcome.

Salary & Incentives:
Fixed salary: ₹20K per month (Freshers) and ₹25K per month (Experienced)
Performance-based incentives available.
Additional incentives for achieving/exceeding targets.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
