Call Handling: Make outbound calls to potential leads or answer inbound customer queries entirely in Tamil.
Information Delivery: Explain company products, services, pricing details, or course structures clearly to clients.
Lead Generation: Qualify interested prospects, pitch offerings, and schedule follow-ups or site visits.
Customer Support: Resolve basic complaints, address user inquiries, and guide users through troubleshooting or service procedures.
Data Management: Maintain accurate call logs, record customer feedback, and update lead statuses daily in an Excel sheet or CRM software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
