We are looking for a fresher Operations & Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day operational activities, communicating with clients or leads, and supporting the team with follow-ups and coordination.

Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers.

Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain and update customer and lead information.

Coordinate with the team for daily operational activities.

Support the team with basic administrative and operational tasks.

Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses.

Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
