Job Responsibilities
Handle international customers through voice and chat.
Provide technical support and resolve customer queries.
Identify customer requirements and handle upselling opportunities.
Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an international US/UK process.
Candidates with Technical Support, Customer Service, or Upselling experience preferred.
Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.
Excellent English communication skills with C1 level or above.




Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
