Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive to connect with potential and existing customers, understand their requirements, explain our dermatology and aesthetic services, and convert leads into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant services/products.
Explain treatment/service details, offers, pricing, and appointment procedures.
Convert leads into appointments and sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales, counselling,



and clinic teams for smooth customer handling.
Maintain qualified communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
Experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic, Healthcare, Beauty, or Clinic sales will be preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
