We are hiring International Customer Support Executives for our

Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad location.

Role & Responsibilities:
Handle US and UK customer queries through voice, chat and email.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Communicate with customers professionally and effectively.
Maintain valuable customer experience throughout the interaction.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication and fluency.
Valuable grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and comprehension.
Confident in speaking and expressing ideas clearly.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

These questions are mainly asked to assess your English fluency, communication skills, vocabulary and ability to express yourself clearly. Salary: 20,000 - 38,000 CTC/month

Night Shift Advantages: Pick & drop cab + 5,000 to 7,000 night allowance

Incentives: Performance-based incentives starting from 2,000

Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Shifts: Monthly rotational day & night shifts
