Position -VMC Machine Operator

Key Responsibility -
Operate and handle VMC machines independently.
Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset corrections.
Load and unload parts from machine
Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
Select appropriate tools, inserts, and fixtures for machining operations.
Monitor machine performance and ensure production targets are achieved.
Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments like Vernier calliper, micrometre, height gauge, and bore gauge.
Maintain component quality as per customer specifications.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and machine cleaning.
Troubleshoot minor machine and tooling issues.
Maintain production and rejection records.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments when required
Must have knowledge of programming and operating machines with the FANUC controller
