Follow up with interested patients and convert enquiries into consultations.
Explain clinic services, offers, consultation procedures, and appointment details.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
Make follow-up calls to previous enquiries and missed leads.
Coordinate with the clinic team regarding appointments and patient visits.
Handle patient enquiries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and appointment targets.
Maintain a positive and skilled communication style with patients.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
