Typist / Computer Operator

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month

The Senaabhyas Educational Center is looking for a Typist / Computer Operator to assist with day-to-day documentation, student records, academic paperwork, and office computer work.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update school/student records and databases.
Prepare, type, and format question papers, worksheets, notices, and other academic documents.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
Prepare documents using MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications.
Manage printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
Maintain digital and physical records of students and school-related documents.
Assist teachers and administration with computer-related and documentation work.
Ensure accuracy and proper formatting of all official and academic documents.
Perform other computer and office-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Required Skills
English Typing: Minimum 40 WPM
Hindi Typing: Minimum 30 WPM
Valuable knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel




Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain records systematically
Good communication and organizational skills

Eligibility
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with previous experience in typing, data entry, school/office documentation, or computer operation will also be considered.
Candidates should be comfortable working in an educational/school setting.

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month, depending on skills and experience. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
