Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair LED/LCD/Smart TVs and related electronic components.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective technical solutions.
Perform installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of TVs.
Identify PCB, display, power supply, and other hardware-related issues.
Conduct home visits/customer-site service as required.
Ensure proper handling of tools, spare parts, and service equipment.
Update service reports and maintain accurate job records.
Explain the issue, repair process, and service details clearly to customers.
Follow company safety, quality, and service standards.
Complete assigned service calls within the given timelines.

Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / Electronics or Electrical qualification preferred.




Knowledge of LED/LCD/Smart TV repair and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of electronic components and circuit boards.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for field service.
Minimum 4 to 6 years relevant Experience can apply
