About the Role A leading chemical/manufacturing organization is looking for a senior VP Operations to drive end-to-end operations across multiple manufacturing plants, including upcoming greenfield facilities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-plant operations covering production, maintenance, quality, EHS, utilities, procurement, logistics and warehouse.
Drive greenfield plant setup, commissioning, expansion and CAPEX projects.
Improve productivity, throughput, cost efficiency, plant reliability and operational excellence.
Drive automation, process improvement,



SOP standardization and safety/compliance across plants.
Lead Plant Heads and HODs, build high-performance teams and drive operational accountability.
Own operational MIS, performance reviews and strategic execution in coordination with the MD.

Ideal Candidate
Looking for a senior Plant Head / VP Operations / Operations Head with robust multi-plant manufacturing experience, preferably from Chemical, Fertilizer, Petrochemical or Cement industries.
Robust exposure to greenfield projects, plant commissioning, production, maintenance, utilities, logistics and end-to-end plant operations is essential.
