Key Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing care.
Prepare and follow nursing care plans.
Provide direct bedside care, hygiene, nutrition, comfort, and safety.
Administer prescribed medicines and injections.
Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition.
Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, investigations, and treatments.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care.
Collect, label, and dispatch patient specimens.
Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
Properly hand over and take charge of patients, medicines, equipment, and supplies during shift changes.
Maintain ward cleanliness, equipment, supplies, and linen.
Assist in orientation of recent Staff Nurses.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and qualified activities.
Maintain skilled appearance, communication, discipline, and patient confidentiality.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
