UI/UX Designer

Experienced UI/UX Designer with 4–5 years of experience in web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise application design. Strong in Figma, design systems, responsive design, developer collaboration, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Design web, mobile, SaaS, dashboards, and enterprise applications.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity responsive designs.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, PMs, and clients for effective implementation.
Ensure design consistency, usability, accessibility, and responsive experiences.
Use AI tools to improve research, ideation, content, prototyping, and design productivity.

Must-Have Skills
4–5 years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.
Robust portfolio across web, mobile, SaaS, or enterprise products.
Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, and Libraries.
Robust understanding of UX, wireframing, prototyping, typography,



visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and developer-friendly design handoff.
Experience with AI-assisted design tools and strong communication skills.

Tools

Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Miro, Framer/Web flow, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL·E, Gemini, Figma AI, and Adobe Firefly.

Positive to Have
Design systems, WCAG/accessibility, WordPress/Web flow experience.
UX analytics tools such as Hotjar, Clarity, or Google Analytics.
Motion design, micro-interactions, and AI-powered design-to-code workflows.
