We are seeking a results-driven B2B Telemarketer to pitch our customer feedback platform, Infer CX, to business leaders and managers. Your main goal will be making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting up product demos for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calling to business decision-makers and department heads.
Pitch the advantages of Infer CX (WhatsApp/Web surveys, AI insights, CSAT/NPS analytics).
Qualify prospective organizations and book live product demos.
Log all call activity, status updates, and notes in our CRM.
Requirements
1–2+ years of B2B outbound telesales or appointment setting experience (SaaS experience preferred).
Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting call targets.
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manjeri, Kerala
