Oversee design and implementation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
ITI/NCTVT-certified HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing Draftsman, or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader – BIM MEP on building services projects.
Manage project delivery while ensuring client expectations are consistently met.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BIM Designers and Modelers.
Guide team members in developing accurate and detailed MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
