Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the vehicle loan sales team. Achieve monthly team and individual disbursement targets. Develop and maintain dealer, broker, and DSA relationships. Generate business for commercial and used vehicle loans. Monitor leads, login, approval, and disbursement. Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and PDD teams. Track team performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements 2–5 years of experience in vehicle finance, NBFC, banking, or DSA. Prior experience in team handling and team management is preferred. Team handling and sales experience preferred. Solid communication, negotiation, and market knowledge. Target-oriented and willing to travel for business development.
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 + Incentives, based on experience and performance.
