Role Overview

Ananth Technologies is looking for a Purchase Executive to support procurement of electronic, electrical, mechanical, and other materials required for aerospace, defence, and space programs. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, quotations, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and ensuring timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities
Source electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, cables, connectors, and other production materials.
Obtain and evaluate quotations and negotiate price, delivery, and commercial terms with vendors.
Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.




Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered as per project and production schedules.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Stores, and Finance teams.
Identify and develop current suppliers and support vendor evaluation and qualification.
Track shortages, pending orders, lead times, and critical components.
Support resolution of quality, delivery, and commercial issues with suppliers.
Maintain procurement records and support periodic MIS/reporting.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech - ECE Branch Eligibility for this Drive : 2025 & 2026 passed out candidates only eligible.
