Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Solar Consultant to join our team at PureSun India. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer energy requirements, explaining suitable solar solutions, generating leads, conducting consultations, and converting prospects into successful solar projects.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, online platforms and field activities.
Understand customers' electricity consumption, requirements and budget.
Explain residential, commercial and industrial solar solutions to customers.
Conduct initial solar consultations and coordinate site surveys where required.
Prepare and explain suitable solar system proposals, pricing and savings estimates.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM/Excel.
Build strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.




Stay updated on solar products, market trends and government/net-metering processes.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, field sales or solar industry preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and sales skills can also apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of solar energy and electricity concepts.
Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be an advantage.
Candidates comfortable with field visits will be preferred.
