Job Summary

We are looking for a Debugging Engineer responsible for troubleshooting and repairing PCBAs and electronic assemblies. The role involves identifying failures through systematic analysis, using test equipment, performing component-level debugging, and working closely with Production, Quality, NPI, and Process teams to improve product yield and reduce recurring defects.

Key Responsibilities
Perform component-level debugging and troubleshooting of PCBAs.
Analyze failures identified during ICT, FCT, functional testing, and production testing.
Diagnose issues related to SMT, THT, soldering, components, circuits, and assembly processes.
Read and interpret schematics, circuit diagrams, BOM, Gerber files, and datasheets.
Use multimeter, oscilloscope, LCR meter, DC power supply, function generator and other electronic test equipment.
Identify defective components and perform component replacement/rework as required.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of repeated failures and implement corrective actions.
