Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Financial Sales Representative to drive sales across our comprehensive portfolio of retail banking and insurance products. In this role, you will interact directly with individual and business clients, assess their financial requirements, and recommend tailored loan, card, and insurance solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (High school diploma considered with relevant sales experience).
Core Knowledge: Clear understanding of retail banking products (Credit vs. Debit cards, Secured vs. Unsecured loans, CIBIL scoring) and basic insurance policies (Life, Health, Motor).
Sales Skills:



Strong grasp of the end-to-end sales lifecycle (prospecting, pitching, handling price/terms objections, closing).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid interpersonal rapport-building ability.
Mindset: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly sales volume for Credit Cards, Personal/Business Loans, and Insurance units.
Lead conversion rate and pipeline efficiency.
Client portfolio CIBIL approval rate.
Customer satisfaction and retention scores.

Pay: ₹15,960.34 - ₹25,802.42 per month
