We are looking for an accomplished Unit Finance Head – AGM to lead financial strategy, performance, controls and commercial decision-making for the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS and cost-optimisation initiatives.
Drive profitability, cash flow, working capital and overall financial performance.
Strengthen revenue cycle management, billing efficiency, collections and revenue-leakage controls.
Provide financial insights for CAPEX, expansion, investments, pricing and business decisions.
Oversee taxation, statutory compliance, audits, financial reporting and internal controls.
Partner with hospital leadership and senior management on financial strategy and performance.




Drive financial discipline and process improvements across the unit.

What We're Looking For
CA / CMA / MBA – Finance from a recognised institution.
15+ years of Finance & Accounts experience.
5–7+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/hospitals.
Robust expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, MIS, taxation, compliance and controls.
Solid commercial acumen with experience in profitability improvement and cost optimisation.
Excellent analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
