Screen resumes, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist profiles based on mandatory skills and experience.
Coordinate L1, L2, L3, HR, and client interviews, including scheduling and feedback follow-ups.
Maintain candidate relationships and communicate job details, interview updates, and employment expectations.
Negotiate salaries, manage compensation expectations, obtain internal approvals, and coordinate offer rollouts.
Manage candidate documentation, background verification, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, MIS reports, and monitor hiring progress and turnaround time (TAT).
Coordinate with hiring managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to fulfill recruitment requirements within deadlines.
