IPCS Global is looking for a Telecaller to handle incoming calls and identify whether the inquiries are genuine and relevant leads.
Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming calls from students and customers.
Understand the caller’s requirements and provide basic information.
Check and identify the quality and relevance of leads.
Collect necessary details from interested candidates.
Encourage interested candidates to visit the office for a walk-in.
Forward qualified leads to the concerned team for further follow-up.
Maintain basic call and lead records.
Communicate politely and professionally with callers.
Requirements
Positive communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Malayalam and English.
Friendly and skilled telephone manner.
Freshers can apply.
Previous telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
