Key Responsibilities
Business Growth &
Sales:

Drive targets for CASA (Current Account Savings Account), retail liabilities, and cross-selling third-party products like mutual funds and insurance.
Profit &
Loss (P&L;) Ownership:

Take complete ownership of the branch's financial performance, revenue generation, and cost control.
Operations &
Compliance:

Ensure seamless day-to-day branch operations while maintaining strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high standards of client service and systematically resolve customer queries and complaints.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train branch staff to build a high-performing and motivated team.

Qualifications &




Requirements
Education: Graduate degree required
Post-graduation or MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in retail banking, financial services, or branch management (with specific handling of local Mumbai markets).
Key Skills: Robust leadership, sales acument, operational risk management, and local market networking

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
