Key Responsibilities
Milestone Execution &
Task Management:

Drive the end-to-end deployment lifecycle (testing, training, cutover, hypercare) according to strict project timelines.
Stakeholder Enablement &
Follow-ups:

Actively pursue internal department leads and end-users to ensure timely participation, data submission, and milestone sign-offs.
Testing &
Quality Assurance:

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), author test cases, log defects, and verify fixes before system launch.
Handholding &
End-User Training:

Conduct hands-on training sessions, create user manuals/SOPs, and provide desk-side support during deployment phases.
Issue Resolution &
Analytical Problem Solving:

Rapidly diagnose functional adoption issues, process bottlenecks, and operational resistance; deliver actionable solutions on the ground.
Data Cleansing &




Cutover Oversight:

Ensure clean, accurate data transfer from legacy systems into the recent ERP/CRM modules.
