Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise picking, packing, inventory and order processing activities.
Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movement and inventory accuracy.
Manage and guide the store team, including attendance and daily task allocation.
Ensure orders are processed on time and operational targets are achieved.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety and proper product arrangement.
Handle stock discrepancies, damages and operational issues and report them to the concerned team.
Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for smooth order dispatch.
