We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and assist with sourcing and hiring candidates for various positions.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
Assist with day-to-day recruitment and HR activities.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (under graduates can apply).
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior recruitment experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
