Gold Valuer (GV) – Key Responsibilities
Check and evaluate the purity and quality of gold as per company guidelines.
Ensure accurate gold valuation and support the loan disbursement process.
Maintain and update all required gold-related registers and records.
Handle vault access and security procedures as per company policy.
Manage branch activities in the absence of the Branch Manager (BM), wherever assigned.
Achieve assigned sales targets for the Gold Loan product.
Support customer acquisition and business generation through branch and market activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and proper handling of pledged gold.

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets for the Gold Loan product.




Generate recent customers through field visits, references, and local market activities.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Explain Gold Loan products, eligibility, and related processes to customers.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Support branch-level customer service and business development activities.
Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
