Store Manager – Retail

Location: Ranchi & Jamshedpur, Jharkhand

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and sales.

Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

Manage, train and supervise store staff.

Prepare staff shifts and monitor attendance.

Handle customer queries and complaints.

Manage stock, inventory and regular stock checks.

Ensure proper ordering and display of products.

Maintain store cleanliness and presentation.

Handle cash and ensure company policies are followed.

Manage both offline store and online operations.

Plan and support store promotions and marketing activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail role.

Valuable communication and team-management skills.

Basic knowledge of sales, customer service and inventory management.

Knowledge of POS/retail software is preferred.

Should be comfortable working in versatile shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
