Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue recent sales prospects in hospitals, private clinics, and diagnostic centers through networking and cold calling.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with surgeons, physicians, and procurement heads.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on technical presentations and training sessions to showcase product benefits and ensure safe usage.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adapt sales tactics and identify market gaps.
Clinical Support: Provide in office technical assistance, including supporting medical staff during procedural or surgical use of devices.
Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or relevant CRM) and ensure all activities follow FDA or local regulatory guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
