Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing, speed of service, and workflow during peak lunch and dinner rushes.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule team members while maintaining labor cost targets.
Quality & Safety: Enforce food safety, hygiene regulations (like HACCP), and store cleanliness.
Financial Control: Manage inventory, reduce food waste, track cash handling, and review sales targets.
Customer Care: Resolve guest complaints quickly and keep satisfaction scores high.
Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
