Job Summary:

We are looking for a Testing Engineer with experience in PLC-based electrical and automation panel testing. The candidate will be responsible for testing panels as per design documents, troubleshooting electrical/automation issues, and coordinating with production and senior engineers for timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical and automation testing of PLC-based panels as per approved drawings and design documents.
Test electrical components, control circuits, PLC I/O, wiring and panel functionality.
Read and understand electrical and automation drawings and wiring diagrams.
Coordinate with the Production team for smooth and timely completion of panel testing.
Identify testing issues and support implementation of corrective actions.
Assist seniors in resolving customer complaints and technical issues related to panels.




Ensure testing is completed as per required quality and design standards.
Maintain testing-related records and update required information in SAP/ERP.
Communicate testing status, observations and issues to relevant teams.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Electrical & Automation systems
Knowledge of PLC-based control panels
Positive understanding of electrical components and control circuits
Ability to read electrical & automation drawings
Basic knowledge of panel testing and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Basic understanding of SAP/ERP
Positive coordination and communication skills
