Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Specialist
nLocation: Nashik, Maharashtra
nTimings: Monday to Friday (7 PM to 3.30 AM) Night shift
nExperience: 0–3 Years

nResponsibilities:
n

Market and place IT consultants on bench with US staffing vendors/clients
n
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and recruiters.
n
Submit resumes, follow up on interviews, and negotiate rates.
n
Maintain consultant and vendor databases.
n
Use LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and email marketing to generate prospects.
n
n
nRequirements:
n
n
0–3 years of US IT Bench Sales experience preferred.
n
Knowledge of US IT staffing, work authorizations, and C2C hiring.
n
Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
n
Existing US vendor contacts/network is a plus.
n
Willingness to work in US shifts.
n
Graduation is a must.
