Minimum 3+ years executing WFA certification test plans.
Experience with Wi‑Fi 6, WPA3, Agile Multiband, and other WFA programs.
Hands-on exposure to official certification/pre-certification activities.
WFA Sigma Test Framework
Experience with Sigma testbeds and WFA command-line tools.
Testbed setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
WLAN / IEEE 802.11 Expertise
Solid understanding of:
802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax
MAC & PHY layer concepts
Roaming
QoS (WMM)
RF fundamentals
Wireshark & Packet Analysis
OTA packet capture and analysis.
Root cause analysis of certification failures.
WLAN protocol debugging.
WLAN Security
WPA2
WPA3 Personal/Enterprise
EAP-TLS
PEAP
Authentication and security testing.
