US IT Recruiter & HR Triosoft Technologies is looking for a proactive and people-oriented US IT Recruiter & HR skilled to take ownership of recruitment and HR coordination for our growing US Staff Augmentation business.

The role combines US IT recruitment, client coordination and HR/people management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with both technology professionals and clients and should have robust communication, follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Understand US client staffing requirements and coordinate suitable technology resources
Source and screen IT professionals based on client requirements
Coordinate candidate interviews and collect client feedback
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate offers, joining and onboarding
Maintain candidate and employee records
Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR coordination
Maintain regular communication with deployed resources
Coordinate client and employee requirements/issues




Support replacement hiring and additional staffing requirements
Maintain strong and qualified relationships with US clients
Coordinate with the internal team for staffing operations

What We Are Looking For
Experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing
Understanding of technology hiring and staff augmentation
Strong verbal and written communication
Good client-handling and relationship-management skills
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Ownership-oriented and proactive approach
Willingness to work with US time zones when required
