US IT Recruiter Responsibilities:
Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and match candidates with client requirements.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and other employment types as required.
Maintain solid relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Negotiate rates, follow up on submissions, interviews, and offers.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

Bench Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:
Market and place consultants who are available on bench.
Develop relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.




Identify suitable requirements for consultants based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
Submit consultants to relevant job requirements and coordinate interview processes.
Negotiate rates and contracts with vendors/clients.
Follow up regularly on submissions, interviews, and placements.
Maintain and update consultant profiles and availability
Job Details:
Location: Vijayawada
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Saturday & Sunday: Off
