Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to manage vehicle yard operations, inspection activities, inventory control, and documentation. The role involves handling vehicle movement, maintaining records, supervising staff, and ensuring proper vehicle condition through inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records.
Track vehicle availability, status, and movement within the yard.
Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation.
Vehicle Inward & Outward Management
Manage incoming and outgoing vehicle operations efficiently.
Maintain proper gate entry/exit logs and movement records.
Vehicle Inspection
Perform inspection of vehicles during inward and outward movement.
Identify damages, defects, or discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports.
Data Entry & System Management
Update vehicle details, inspection status, and inventory in management systems/ERP.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Documentation (Vehicle Maintenance)
Maintain and update all vehicle-related documents such as:




Maintenance records
Inspection reports
Compliance documents
Ensure proper filing and record management.
Vehicle Maintenance
Coordinate with maintenance teams for servicing and repairs.
Ensure vehicles are maintained in valuable working condition.
Staff Management
Supervise yard staff and allocate daily tasks.
Ensure smooth coordination and productivity in yard operations.
Inspection Application Handling
Use inspection applications/tools for recording vehicle condition.
Maintain digital inspection records.

Qualifications & Experience:
Any Graduate / Diploma (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)
2 Years -5 years of experience in vehicle yard, fleet operations, or logistics
