Role: Social Media Operations Intern AI Microtargeting & AI ORM

We are looking for a Social Media Operations Intern to support our digital and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor social media accounts.

Post content and engage with audiences.

Track posts, views, reach and engagement.

Maintain social media data and reports in MS Excel.

Monitor comments and online conversations.

Support AI-based microtargeting and Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities.

Coordinate with the team on daily social media tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Freshers / 0–1 year experience.

Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Mass Communication, BBA, B.Com, BA or related fields.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel.

Basic understanding of social media platforms.

Valuable communication and attention to detail.

Interested in Digital Marketing, Social Media and AI-driven marketing.

Willing to work from office in Sector 54, Gurugram.

Internship: 3 Months | Stipend: 12,000/month | Working Days: Monday–Friday | Openings: 2.
