Description:

Role Purpose:

The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing expert advice on programs, eligibility, and enrolment procedures. You will play a key role in building relationships, ensuring a positive experience, and achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from students and parents via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Provide accurate information on programs, admission requirements, fees, scholarships, and timelines.
Guide students in course selection and career-related decisions.
Conduct student interviews and assess eligibility for programs.
Convert prospective student inquiries into confirmed enrolments.
Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns, events, webinars, and outreach activities.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field.

Experience Required:
0–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or student services.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).




Familiarity with CRM or student management software is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.
Empathetic, skilled, and detail-oriented in dealing with students and parents.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
