Job DescriptionWe are looking for a field-oriented IT skilled who can handle technical support as well as BUSY Software and CRM marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit customer sites for IT and software support.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software.
Provide support for BUSY, Tally, ERP and CRM software.
Generate leads and promote BUSY Software and CRM solutions.
Conduct software demos and explain features to customers.
Handle customer follow-ups and convert leads into sales.
Handle basic computer, printer, networking, and hardware issues.
Maintain customer and sales activity records.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of IT, software, and networking.
Positive communication, sales, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for field work.
BUSY/Tally/CRM knowledge will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
