Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance and shift schedules.
Monitor employee performance and discipline.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Prevent stock shortages, excess stock, damage, and wastage.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, display, and issuing of products.
Report stock discrepancies and damages to management.
Monitor daily billing and cash collection activities.
