We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Bakery Department Assistant to support our bakery team in daily production and operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the bakery team with preparation and production of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions.
Assist with mixing, baking, decorating, packing, and labeling products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery area, equipment, and utensils.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Help with receiving, storing, and organizing bakery ingredients and supplies.
Support the bakery team during busy production periods.
Ensure products are handled and stored properly.
Perform other duties assigned by the Bakery Supervisor/Chef.




RequirementsPrevious bakery, kitchen, food production, or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of bakery products and ingredients is an advantage.
Good hygiene and cleanliness habits.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
