Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Executive for Mangoloops.com. The candidate will be responsible for client onboarding, documentation and assisting interested clients with registration on the Mangoloops.com platform.

Freshers with valuable computer knowledge and communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Complete online onboarding of clients on Mangoloops.com
Assist clients with online registration
Help clients complete and submit required documentation
Maintain client records and onboarding details
Call interested clients and explain the advantages of registering on Mangoloops.com
Guide clients through the registration process
Follow up with interested clients
Handle basic back-office and data entry work

Candidate Requirements
Age: 18 to 40 years
Valuable computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Minimum typing speed: 20 WPM
Basic knowledge of internet and online portals
Valuable client-handling and follow-up skills

Salary

₹8,000 to ₹20,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate’s skills, experience, and performance.

Working Hours
Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Shift 2: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Candidates who can conveniently travel to Malad West will be preferred.
