Position: Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager

Qualification & Experience

/n

/n
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or
/n
Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
/n
Experience in the execution of Railway Infrastructure Projects and/or Highway Projects.
/n
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in construction projects.
/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) systems for civil construction projects.
/n
Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
/n
Conduct inspections and monitor the quality of construction materials, workmanship, and site activities.
/n
Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Quality Checklists, and other quality-related documents.
/n
Coordinate with project teams, consultants,



contractors, and clients on quality-related matters.
/n
Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
/n
Raise and monitor NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
/n
Review test reports and ensure required material and site testing is carried out as per project specifications.
/n
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and other project documentation.
/n
Support internal and external quality audits and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
/n
Monitor subcontractor quality performance and ensure compliance with approved quality procedures.
/n
Provide guidance and training to site teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
/n
Ensure timely closure of quality observations and maintain proper documentation for project hand
